The NAC team is made up of the following:

Rasa Antanaviciute, Executive Director, responsible for the overall functioning of NAC;

Vytautas Michelkevicius, Artistic Director, responsible for the artistic and educational programmes of NAC;

Linas Ramanauskas, Administrator, responsible for the everyday functioning of the building;

Yulia Startsev, Intern, assists with residencies, projects and educational programs.
