There are five two-storey (65 sq.m.), fully equipped residences for artists (images of studios). They form a separate block of NAC connected to the main building by a covered passage. Three of the residences have studios, bathrooms and kitchenettes on the ground floor, and bedrooms on the first floor. Two have studios upstairs and bedrooms downstairs. The studios and bedrooms vary slightly in size, but are on average 30 square metres each. The studio walls are white and the ceiling height is three metres. There are open stairs to the first floor. First-floor studios have roof windows and regular south-facing and north-facing windows. Ground-floor studios have regular south-facing windows only. The residences have internet access.
